For this Corte Madera home, a furnishings refresh became an opportunity to completely transform the mood of the main living spaces.Floor-to-ceiling linen drapery wraps the rear wall, softening the architecture and creating a more intimate, layered backdrop.

In the living room, we reworked the fireplace with a soapstone-inspired porcelain surround and hearth, then introduced warm woods, tactile textiles, sage and neutral upholstery, and thoughtfully selected art and accessories.

The adjoining dining room continues the same quiet palette through natural materials, sculptural forms, and vintage-inspired details. The result is warm, collected, and understated—an inviting home with considerably more depth and character.
